Not a happy experience

They lost my package, and take them forever to refund.

Sadly, on more than one occasion, I have been let down by the UK leg of this service. While the parcel did arrive in the UK very quickly, DHL, the UK couriers are terrible at best. Poor communication, inability to use the entry buzzer to deliver the package and then claiming the tried to deliver when we stayed home all day in order to receive the package. This happened more than one and it took three attempts to finally get the package. It would also be great if DHL used couriers who were fluent in English and had sufficient communication skills.

Best way to ship internationally

I use Parcel Monkey to ship to my friend in Japan. DHL, FED EX, UPS, USPS all quoted $250. Parcel Monkey was $45 and much faster. Can't beat this service.
