No information provided on how package should be picked up, and the customs forms and printing labels do not appear when you place your order, you have to go find them in your account without instructions on how many copies you need to print or anything, unlike other delivery services. Not impressed with my first time using parcel monkey so far

Stop changing people's review

Fraudulent company, changing people's reviews and not delivering products on time. Had the worst experience with this company. Items were stolen out of the packaging and they won't refund me for it. Will never use them again never ever.
