Chronopost Relais

A Chronopost Relais Pickup Point can be located at any merchant's physical location, be it a corner shop, florist, post office, or bookshop. These are businesses that have a contract with Chronopost and will allow you to drop off, ship, receive or return your Chronppost packages in person. Chronopost also operates over 400 'pickup stations' in France and about 2,000 across Europe.

In France, there are 9,000 Chronopost Pickup Points and there are more than 32,000 Pickup Points in Europe and overseas so it's a really accessible service for sending parcels in France and abroad.

Once your parcel is delivered to a Relay Pickup Point, the recipient will get a text message confirming the location of the parcel, as well as a unique QR code. They will need to present this, along with proof of identity when they pick the parcel up. If the parcel was delivered to a locker instead, you will be notified by text or email of the location of the pickup point and your items will be held there for 7 days before being returned to the sender.

The maximum weight limit for Chrono Relais is 20kg, which is slightly less than other Chronopost services. If you're sending something over 20kg Chrono 13 is also available as a standard delivery service (delivers to the recipient's address) and that will take parcels up to 30kg. The maximum length for Chrono Relais is 100cm.
