What time will DHL deliver my package?
DHL delivery times will depend on the service you book, but generally, DHL will deliver Monday – Friday between 8 am and 6.00 pm (excluding bank and public holidays). If you require delivery by a certain time, you’ll need to book one of DHL’s Time Definite services, such as DHL Express 12. These timed services are more costly, but ideal for urgent and time-sensitive deliveries.

Typically, DHL does not deliver on a Saturday or Sunday.

When will DHL collect my parcel?
Our DHL Express International service and DHL Time Definite services include free collection from your home or work address, Monday-Friday between 8 am and 5.30 pm (excluding bank and public holidays).
