It includes a courier collection from your home or work address and full DHL tracking, so you can follow your package from collection to delivery.
- DHL Express 12 – This is our fastest DHL shipping service, offering delivery to Europe from the US in 1-2 business days. With guaranteed morning delivery (before 12.00) this service is excellent for urgent and time-sensitive packages.

DHL delivery times
DHL delivery times will depend on the service you book, but generally, DHL will deliver Monday – Friday between 8 am and 6.00 pm (excluding bank and public holidays). If you require delivery by a certain time, you’ll need to book one of DHL’s Time Definite services, such as DHL Express 12. These timed services are more costly, but ideal for urgent and time-sensitive deliveries.
Does DHL deliver on Saturdays or Sundays?
We do not currently offer a Saturday or Sunday delivery service with DHL.
When will DHL collect my parcel?
Our DHL Express International service and DHL Time Definite services include free collection from your home or work address, Monday-Friday between 8 am and 5.30 pm (excluding bank and public holidays). DHL eCommerce is only available as a drop-off service.
