Macy's Easy Returns
Online purchases can be returned via the Easy Returns system: print confirmation and shipping label, pack items securely, attach labels, and ship from any UPS store. Macy's pay the return shipping fees on purchases that were originally made online, but in-store purchases cannot be returned by mail.
