Before you return any items to Old Navy you should check the Returns Policy to be sure of the correct process. Returns policies are subject to change so it is worth the time checking them over quickly before you ship an item.
If you are looking to get a refund from Old Navy for an item you wish to return, make sure the item is in its original condition: unwashed and unworn. Items will not be accepted and you will not be refunded if you do not return the goods in the condition they were received in. Items which are damaged can be returned at any time.
Refunds do require proof of purchase to, so include the invoice mailed with your item. There is no cost to return items to Old Navy, you can send them back free of charge - and you have 45 days from purchase to send the items back. You can return items instore as long as your item is not marked as 'mail only'.
If you want to return an item to Old Navy, you can create a prepaid UPS or USPS label ready to print off and attach to the box on your Old Navy account.
Package your item securely in the original packaging or a suitable box and put your invoice with the item inside. Attach the shipping label and ensure if reusing packaging there are no other old labels on the box, and you are ready to ship it. If you have chosen a USPS label drop off the package at any USPS Post Office or if you have chosen UPS, then drop off at any approved UPS store.
