Old Navy Returns

Before you return any items to Old Navy you should check the Returns Policy to be sure of the correct process. Returns policies are subject to change so it is worth the time checking them over quickly before you ship an item.

Old Navy Returns Policy

Items must be in original condition - unwashed and unworn. Non-compliant items won't be accepted or refunded. Damaged items can be returned anytime.

A proof of purchase (invoice) is required. Returns are free. You have 45 days from purchase to return items by mail. In-store returns are available if the item isn't marked "mail only."

How to return items by mail to Old Navy

  1. Create a prepaid UPS or USPS label through your Old Navy account.

  2. Package items securely in original or suitable packaging.

  3. Include the invoice inside.

  4. Attach the shipping label, ensuring no old labels remain on reused boxes.

  5. Drop off at USPS Post Offices (USPS) or approved UPS stores (UPS).
