Purchased an item from Wayfair and want to return it? Check the Wayfair Returns Policy before shipping the goods back to the retailer.
With a Wayfair item, you are unhappy with, you can return it to them for a refund within 30 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging.
A few items can’t be returned, including Clearance items, Gift cards, Personalized items, Items marked Non-Returnable on the sale page, Items purchased as part of a bundle at a discounted rate, e.g. “5 for $25” (unless the entire bundle is returned)
You can choose between a full refund in store credit or a refund to your original payment method (minus return shipping costs). Wayfair also offers pickup services for an additional charge. You can book pick up and delivery services with Parcel Monkey if required.
To set up a return, visit the My Orders section of your Wayfair account. An option to return will show under each item in your list of orders and you can process the return from there.
Simply request a prepaid return label and send the item free of charge if you are wanting a refund in store credit. If you prefer for a courier to pick up your item there is a $7 surcharge.
You can also receive a total refund minus shipping costs to your original payment method - print the label at home or have a courier pick up, again for an aditional charge.
