Zappos Returns Policy Overview
Zappos allows customers to return items that have been purchased through site up to 365 days after they have been delivered. Products must be returned in the original shoe box and/or packaging and they must also be in the state that they were received in.

How to return an item to Zappos
Zappos offers free returns using UPS. You can return your items in the original Zappos box your item arrived in, or a new box or used box. If using an old box, ensure any old labels are removed to avoid any issues with the courier.
- Log in to your Zappos account and go to My Account > Account Overview.
- Check the box next to the item(s) you’re returning. Then select "Return Checked Items” button.
- Inform Zappos of the reason why the item is being returned and choose how you wish to get the returns label - either Print or Email
- Hit the 'Submit Return' button
Once you have printed the shipping labels, securely package the box, include any relevant paperwork provided by Zappos and attach the UPS Returns label. Return the box via any authorized UPS shipping center, but do not leave in UPS Drop Box and this can delay the return of your goods. If you don't have a printer you can call Zappos, and they can mail you a returns label. The number to call is 1-877-513-7428.
Returns to Zappos normally take 5-10 business days for the package to arrive back with Zappos and for it to be inspected and processed back into their system. Once this process is complete a refund will be issued to your credit card and this can take a further few days depending on your credit card company. In order to obtain a full refund, Zappos will need to be happy with the state of the goods you have returned.
