Parcel Monkey enables you to send your package on a low cost international shipping service to the UK (including England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland) from just $19.99 using Parcel Monkey International. This service is collected from your home or work address by FedEx who then ship it to our warehouse in New Jersey, where the package is then dispatched to the UK.
We also offer large package shipping services to the UK, up to 149lbs so whatever your needs are, we can find you the perfect shipping solution.
The transit times for the Parcel Monkey International service are provided by the handling couriers, who advise a guideline of 4-9 business days. For more speedy deliveries, we have our own discount courier service- Express International whose delivery times are 2-5 business days, and the package is fully tracked end to end, and TNT, who have the parcel collected by FedEx, who take it to New Jersey and send via their own TNT network to the UK.
How much does it cost to send a parcel from the USA to UK?
1lb packages can be sent to the UK from just $19.99 using Parcel Monkey International or for a few dollars more, $26.99 using our Express International service. We provide you with the tracking number to follow it all the way through the network, so you can track it using your Parcel Monkey shipment number provided at the time of booking via our tracking tool. With items shipped with Express International on our site, you can insure them up to the value of $1000 when you book the order in.
TNT also offer a 2-4 business day service that you can book via Parcel Monkey starting from $49.94. Your parcel will be collected from your home by FedEx and then transferred into TNT’s courier network to be delivered at it’s destination over an expected two to four day period.
For larger items, you can send packages that are 10lbs in weight from $38,73 with Parcel Monkey International or around $53.99 with DHL.

How does the service work?
No matter which international shipping courier you book with your package will be collected from your home or work address for your convenience. You simply get the best quote for you from our site, fill out the address details and confirm the booking. Then print your labels out and any customs documents sent to you, attach them to the box and hand over to the courier when they arrive. Being able to ship packges from the comfort of your own home has never been easier!
Express International is collected directly from yourselves in the US and delivered in the UK generally by DHL, where as with Parcel Monkey International, your item is shipped to either LA or New Jersey and then transported by air to the United Kingdom and delivered by our partner Yodel and you can track the status of your shipment via your Parcel Monkey Dashboard.
Can I shop in the US and have it sent to the UK?
Customers sending parcels from the UK are often looking for a delivery service back from the US, so they can have shopping or other items sent to a UK address via an international courier. This is no problem as long as the sender can attach the labels to the box and hand it over to the driver. You would just place an order on the site, and when we email the labels to you-forward them on to the collection address. You will be able to track it from the moment it is collected until it arrives at your address in the UK.
Although we restrict the shipment of food and drink items via any of our partners, the UK does specifically restrict the importation of beef jerky and salami products. Furthermore, the importation of electronic cigarettes are prohibited without an International Special Commodities contract - even for personal use.
Flick, gravity, butterfly and other forms of knives are prohibited.
You will need to seek guidance during the courier booking process with regards to labelling parcels as containing “Personal Effects”. You should also be clear of which goods are ‘excisable’ (duties due)
Make sure you declare the value of your goods correctly, goods under the value of GBP15 don't have any taxes, but over that you will be charged VAT and in some cases duties.
