If your item is being returned, our team will be in touch via the messaging tool on your account, so liaise with them and they will resolve your issue and guide you on the next steps to take.
Returns can take a little while to be processed by the courier, so where it is possible we will get the tracking details from the carrier and pass them on so you can monitor the item being returned.
