When addressing a package within the USA, include the recipient's name, the street number and name, the city, the 2-letter state abbreviation and the 5-digit ZIP code. If you're shipping internationally to a US address, add "USA" in capitals on the last line so it's clear to customs and postal handlers which country the parcel is destined for.
